I believe in working with empathy and respect tailoring the therapy to your specific needs. My approach is grounded in Jungian psychotherapeutic principles. I aim to provide an opportunity for self exploration in a safe and containing environment, helping to find a path towards personal growth.
It is not necessary to be 'good' at drama as sessions can involve many ways of accessing a person's creativity. Every session is different. For examples of what a session might involve please click here.

I am fully registered with the Health Professions Council, a professional member of the British Association of Dramatherapists and the Sesame Institute, am comprehensively CRB checked and professionally insured. I have experience with people of different ages, abilities and cultures.
'Come at the world creatively, create the world; it is only what you create that has meaning for you.'
