Dramatherapy is a creative way of exploring difficulties or challenges. Alongside the dramatherapist an individual is supported in being able to express difficult feelings, look at things in new ways, and use their imagination to help create change. Dramatherapy can be a profound experience where individuals can discover a new, more whole, way of being.

It is not necessary to be 'good' at drama. Dramatherapy is one of the arts therapies and as such can involve drawing, story-telling, movement and other creative activites. The dramatherapist will work with material that you are comforable with, at your own pace.
